The XTI-2430 Inrunner Brushless Motor for 1/16th R/C car is an inrunner brushless DC motor specifically designed for small high-performance remote control models. It is suitable for application scenarios such as 1/18 on-road cars and off-road vehicles. With its compact size, lightweight design, and a peak power of up to 180 watts, it has become an ideal choice for players who pursue speed and efficiency.

Application Scenarios

1/18 On-road Cars: The high KV value version (such as KV9200) is suitable for racing scenarios where extreme speed is pursued.

1/18 Off-road Vehicles: The low KV value version (such as KV5300) provides ample torque, suitable for complex terrains and climbing needs.

Small Models: Suitable for 1/18 scale vehicles. When paired with a sensorless electronic speed controller above 30A, it can fully exert its performance.

Precautions for Use

Electrical Safety: It is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated voltage and current corresponding to the KV value to avoid burning out the motor.

Installation and Heat Dissipation: Ensure that the motor shaft matches the vehicle frame to avoid shaft deformation caused by forced assembly. When operating under high load, it is recommended to install a cooling fan or a metal heat sink to control the temperature below 120℃.

Maintenance: Regularly clean the dust inside the motor and check the lubrication status of the bearing. After using it in a humid or dusty environment, it is necessary to thoroughly dry and seal it for protection.

Operation Tips: Calibrate the phase between the electronic speed controller and the motor before powering on to avoid abnormal noise. After a severe impact, check the dynamic balance of the rotor and adjust it in a timely manner to prevent eccentric wear.
