We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from X-TEAM. If you’re not happy with your product, here is how we handle returns and refunds:

Return Policy

You may return products within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
